Mig 70 Mag 170 Hubset black Road Shimano / Campa NEW. The Mag 170 is the entrance into the Tune-World - we do everything that you rejoice in it for many years.
It presses with measly 178 g onto the scales and inside are spinning the best bearings as known and they are rode also by pros. Naturally we mill and laser them in Buggingen and naturally you enjoy our full spare part service as well as a free choice in colours, number of holes, width and standard of free-wheeling mechanism. Out of the revised classic MAG180 the new 17mm axle MAG 170 has been developed! The successor convinces with stability and additional reduced weight at a fair price. The MAG 170 opens up definitely the hardcore area within the rim brake hubs.
Unique construction: no bearing misalignments even under highest clamping force thanks to adjustable bearing play. The bigger flange (High/Low-flange) on the free wheel side enables a more sloping position of the spokes and therefore a more symmetric wheel.
The MAG 170 is 4 fold beared,,8 fold sealed. Free wheel profil for Campagnolo, SRAM or Shimano is option. Despite of the sensational low weight no limit of application! Tune uses special bearings which are not available on the market! The bearings identify themselves through special grease as well as the filling degree.
Besides they are double abradant and maintenance-free. Available in all Tune anodized colours! Due to local production, spare parts service up to the smallest spring is guaranteed.
Axle: aluminum 7075, Ø 17 mm. Manufacturing: CNC turned, one-piece body, ditto freewheel and axis. Number of holes: 20, 24, 28, 32. Hub spacing: 130 mm (road) (On request on MTB / Cross 135 mm convertible).Bearing: 4 deep groove ball bearings. Radial lacing: no radial lacing on the right side.
Terminal free even under the toughest clamping. Pitch Circle Ø (l / r): 40,9 / 55,5 mm. Flange distance of rim center (l / r): 35.5 / 17 mm (130mm hub spacing road) 30mm / 22.5mm (135mm hub spacing MTB / Cross). Freewheel: 8- / 11 speed Shimano on request SRAM XD or Campagnolo freehub 8-11-speed. Our reasonable Mig 70 is so durable and individual just as our best hubs.
We mill and laser the body even in Buggingen and mount manually identical bearings and seals. We ensure the same service and release it for every biker weight. You determine the colour of the components and number of spokes.
You also select suitable spokes and rims for a light, long-living and individual front wheel. The Mig 70 survives several rims.
